Think of Instant Queries as Blue keeping your workspace “ready” in short-term memory. The first time someone in your company opens it, we do the hard work once — then every teammate after that reads from memory instead of rebuilding it from scratch. When you make a change, we quietly refresh the affected parts in the background so the next person sees the update without any extra wait.

You don’t have to manage it. You don’t have to think about it. It just runs.

Why big workspaces got slow in the first place

A Blue workspace isn’t a spreadsheet. Every record carries custom fields, comments, checklists, permissions — and, for Pro customers, fine-grained control over what each role can see on every single field. For a small workspace, all of that is invisible. For a very big one, it adds up.
